New to the shop – fresh coffee now available

Relatively new to the shop is our rijo42 coffee machine. I didn’t realise how much there was to coffee until we had it installed. I knew that I wanted to serve fairly traded coffee but I am so pleased that this goes way beyond that! The coffee beans are not only fair trade but organic and come from areas which support The Rainforest Alliance. It is therefore rated as triple A standard. The coffee is also classed as grade 1 coffee meaning that the different beans are roasted in accordance to the altitude they are grown at and then combined rather than the beans from different altitudes being combined and roasted in the same way.

Chris and I now start every day with a mug full of this freshly ground, ethical AND delicious coffee – in fact the day doesn’t start until we had drunk every last drop!
